1. Custom Web Development Services
1.1 Project-Based Services
Non-Refundable Deposits: A deposit may be required before project initiation. This deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced.
Work in Progress: Refund requests for custom web development projects will only be considered if the request is made prior to project commencement. After development has started, refunds or cancellations may result in a retention of fees proportional to the work completed to date.
Contractual Terms: Specific project contracts or service agreements may contain detailed refund or cancellation policies. In cases of discrepancies, the signed contract will prevail.
1.2 Revisions and Adjustments
Once deliverables are approved by the client, any additional revisions or adjustments will be subject to separate billing. Refunds will not be applicable for work that has been finalized and approved.
2. SaaS Product Subscriptions
2.1 Trial Period
Trial Access: Where applicable, Zonic Lab may offer a free or discounted trial period for its SaaS products. During this trial period, users may cancel their subscription without incurring any charges.
Trial Refunds: No refunds will be issued for cancellations after the trial period has expired.
2.2 Subscription Payments
Recurring Billing: SaaS subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or as specified during purchase). Payments are generally non-refundable beyond any pro-rata credits as outlined below.
Cancellation Process: You may cancel your SaaS subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation will not retroactively refund any payments already made, but you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.
Pro-Rata Credits: In exceptional cases where service interruptions or errors occur due to technical issues on our end, Zonic Lab may, at its sole discretion, issue pro-rata credits or refunds for the affected period.
